Sébastien holds a Master’s in Private Law (Paris Descartes University, 1992) and a DSUP in Business Public Law (Panthéon Sorbonne University, 1996). He began his career in the firm Poitrinal & Associés in 1997, before joining Fidal Paris in 2001. He joined Fidal in Bordeaux, Mérignac in 2012 and finally, in January 2017, the firm Brunswick Avocats in Bordeaux, as a partner in the private equity / mergers and acquisitions department. He is registered with the Bordeaux Bar.

Sébastien co-founded Altaïr Avocats on 1 January 2019.

He works mainly in the field of company law, private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He uses his extensive experience to advise his clients on structuring and creating investment vehicles and support portfolio management companies at the various stages of their corporate life (AMF authorisation and monitoring of their general or specialist programme(s)). Finally, he advises project backers, directors and senior managers on their status and the incentive schemes available to them.
