Clémence holds a Master 2 in Business Tax Law (University of Rennes I) and is preparing the Paris Bar, enrolled at the Paris Bar Training School (EFB). Before joining Altaïr Avocats, Clémence worked at EY Société d'Avocats in the “Financial Services” department for 3 years and was associate at LightHouse LHLF law firm since 2020. Clémence has acquired experience in both direct and indirect taxation and mainly deals with international restructuring and sale/acquisition issues.
