Valerie Foudriat-Fernandez advises French and international companies, both listed and unlisted and their Managers in corporate law, capital market, mergers and acquisitions and in contract law in France and internationally.
Valerie has a significant experience in corporate law and capital market. She is fully aware of the companies’ expectations and constraints, for having practiced these matters for around twelve years in Legal Departments and as a member of Management Committees of international listed companies such as Cybernetix (TechnipFMC), Areva et Gemplus (Gemalto).
Then, she joigned Marseille Bar as Lawyer in 2013 by founding her own law firm HVB Partners, before joining Racine law firm as partner for seven years.
Valerie holds a DESS-DJCE in Business Law (Cergy-Pontoise University) and a DEA in Business Law (Aix-Marseille University).
She is member of IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs) and of the APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management). Valerie also acts as expert at the IRCE (Institut Régional des Chefs d’Entreprise) as part of the 'Business Transfer – Value Enhancement' program and at the Business Law Institute of Aix-Marseille University (IDA).
