Albane Watine holds a Master Degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and an LLM in European Business Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. She is a member of the Paris Bar.
Prior to joining Altaïr Avocats in October 2021, she practiced in the Distribution and competition law team of Osborne Clarke for three years. Prior to that, she completed several internships in law firms an institutions, including at Wilhelm & Associés and Herbert Smith Freehills, as well as in a merger control unit of the European Commission (Directorate General for Competition).
Albane advises French and international clients on contractual matters, as well as on distribution and consumer law, both in terms of advice (drafting and negotiation of contracts, implementation of commercial strategies) and litigation. She also handles French and European competition law cases, such as anti-competitive practices, trade restrictive practices, unfair competition and merger control.
