Clémence BAUCHE

Associate

Clémence holds a Master 2 in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes I.  She was sworn a lawyer in 2021 and she is a member of the Paris Bar.
Prior to join Altaïr Avocats in September 2020, Clemence practiced in the Financial Services of EY Law Firm for four years.

Clémence has acquired an important experience in both direct and indirect taxation. She advises mainly clients in the context of international restructurings, acquisition / sale operations, and globally in tax groups’ management concerning corporate income tax and valued added tax.
