Altaïr Avocats has assisted the ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES Group in its acquisition of IMPRESSIONS DE L'ENCLOS, previously owned by AdVini. This transaction marks a significant step in ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES' expansion strategy, enabling the group to strengthen its position as leader in the premium printing solutions market.

French wine producer AdVini has sold its packaging production business, IMPRESSIONS DE L'ENCLOS, to the ALLIANCE LABELS GROUP. Located in the heart of the Languedoc region, the company specialises in printing packaging for the food, olive and wine industries. The sale is in line with AdVini's strategy of focusing on its core business. The takeover is also accompanied by the signing of a multi-year supply contract between Advini and its former production facility.

With the acquisition of IMPRESSIONS DE L'ENCLOS, the Bordeaux-based ALLIANCE LABELS GROUP is extending its geographical footprint and diversifying its offering and portfolio in traditional and self-adhesive packaging, capsules and other innovative packaging solutions.

Altaïr Avocats assisted GROUPE ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES with their corporate due diligence, with a team comprising partner Sébastien Péronne, Marie Elgart, Aude Idris and Hugo Henry. The tax side was handled by Damien Hautin, partner, and Clémence Bauché. Contractual due diligence was handled by partner Christophe Héry and Albane Watine.

The transactional aspects were handled by partner Sébastien Péronne and Aude Idris on the M&A side, and by partner Christophe Héry and Mégane Boussereau on competition and distribution issues.
