Altaïr Avocats has advised the ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES Group in its majority acquisition of Imprimerie de l'Éperon, a French company based in the Périgord region and specialising in the printing of self-adhesive labels.

L'Imprimerie de l'Éperon’ is a French family business founded in 1956 and located in Preyssac-d'Excideuil, near Périgueux (Dordogne), which mainly serves customers in the food, cosmetics and industrial sectors. Renowned for its commitment to quality and sustainability, the company has held ISO 9002 certification for over 25 years, as well as the Imprim'Vert, PEFC, FSC and ISO 9001 labels. In 2023, the printing works had sales of €10 million and 69 employees.

For the ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES GROUP, this acquisition represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen its position in the high-end printing solutions market, by generating commercial, supply and industrial synergies.

Altaïr Avocats assisted the ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES GROUP with the corporate due diligence, with a team led by Sébastien Péronne, partner, Jeanne Mucchielli and Hugo Henry. The tax side was handled by Damien Hautin, partner, and Clémence Bauché. Contractual due diligence was handled by partner Christophe Héry and Mégane Boussereau.

Transactional aspects (M&A) were managed by Sébastien Péronne, partner with Jeanne Mucchielli and Aude Idris.
