Altaïr Avocats has advised a consortium of investors, WE POSITIVE INVEST 2 (ARKEA CAPITAL), WILLE FINANCE and SWEN CAPITAL, in a €8 million fundraising operation for Beedeez, a company specialising in digital education and professional training.
Founded in 2015, Beedeez's success is also based on the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) tool specifically designed to meet the training needs of teams in the field. The platform stands out for its ability to adapt to all working environments thanks to flexible teaching formats, enabling effective learning that is accessible anywhere and at any time. This approach is complemented by a pedagogy that encourages shared learning, transforming each employee into a player in his or her own training, capable of being both trainer and learner.
This €8 million fund-raising, orchestrated by a consortium of investors and consolidated by a bank loan, bears witness to the market's confidence in Beedeez's growth prospects.
The funds raised will be used to expand their training offering, accelerate their expansion in France and internationally, and will also be invested in R&D.

Altaïr Avocats was involved in the corporate aspects of the deal With Philippe Beauregard, partner and Elise Yvart, associate. The tax aspects were entrusted to Damien Hautin, partner and Clémence Bauché, associate. Issues related to commercial contracts, IP/IT and litigation were handled by Christophe Héry, partner, Mégane Boussereau, associate and Brune Dessommes, lawyer.Finally, the social aspects: were supervised by ELLIPSE AVOCATS, represented by Arnaud Pilloix, partner and Walter Gauthier, lawyer.
