Céline holds a Master’s Degree in criminal business Law from the University of Montpellier (2005) and a Master’s Degrees in financial markets and securities Law from the Université of Paris Saclay in partnership with the ESCP Business School (2006). She has been registered with the Paris Bar since 2007 and with the California bar since 2021.

She worked with the private equity / mergers and acquisitions department of Brunswick Avocats for 10 years, before moving to Los Angeles in 2017 and settling there as a freelance attorney. She has been partnering with Altaïr Avocats on a contractual basis since 2019.

Céline works in the field of corporate law, and more specifically on capital investment transactions and on mergers and acquisitions, whether beside the founders/managers or beside investment funds.
