Alexandra holds a DJCE- Master in business Law from the University of Poitiers (2002) and a certificate of corporate law from the University of Montpellier (2002). She is registered with the Paris Bar.
She began to practice at the Bretlim Consultants law firm in 2004, before joining the private equity/mergers and acquisitions team at Brunswick Avocats in 2006 as an associate and in 2014 as a partner. She founded her own law firm in 2016, where she practiced between 2016 and 2022, before joining Altaïr Avocats.
She works in the field of corporate law, private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and advises founders, managers, mid-size companies and SMEs.
