Altaïr Avocats supported the consortium QL Clean France in the acquisition of Etanchéité du Sud Ouest, a key player in the waterproofing, cladding, and building envelope sector, established in the Poitou-Charentes region since 1996.

This acquisition by QL Clean France represents one of the 10 strategic operations carried out in less than 3 years for the group, illustrating its growth ambitions and its consolidation of its position as a European leader in building multiservice (build-up). It is worth noting that with these successive acquisitions, the group's revenue has exceeded 30 million euros.

By integrating Etanchéité du Sud Ouest, QL Clean not only expands its range of services but also its geographical presence. Thanks to its recognized expertise in waterproofing solutions for buildings, Etanchéité du Sud Ouest enriches QL Clean's already diversified portfolio.
