Altaïr Avocats has advised ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES, a manufacturer of high-quality self-adhesive labels for the luxury, wine & spirits and food & beverage sectors, on its strategic acquisition of Imprimerie BERJON, a pillar of the luxury label industry in France. This marks ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES' eleventh acquisition since 2015, consolidating its leadership and expansion in both the French and international markets.

This strategic acquisition strengthens ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES' positioning in the luxury world, particularly in the perfumes, cosmetics and wines & spirits segments. Imprimerie BERJON's specialization in Taille-Douce, a high-precision continuous printing technique, is a major asset for the group. 

The company is renowned for its mastery of traditional and modern printing techniques, and targets a prestigious clientele in the wine and perfume sectors. Committed to sustainability, Imprimerie BERJON is “Imprim' Vert” and “FSC” certified.

Altaïr Avocats advised ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES with a team led by partner Sébastien Péronne, who managed the corporate - M&A part of the transaction and audits, with associate Jeanne Mucchielli. Partner Christophe Héry and associate Mégane Boussereau handled the contracts/distribution and IP/IT aspects.
