OPTINEO shareholders sell OPTIMUM to Cyril JOLLIVET

Altaïr Avocats has advised OPTINEO's shareholders on the sale of OPTIMUM to Cyril JOLLIVET. This transaction for OPTIMUM marks a new stage in the development of this leading company in the design and manufacture of cupboard doors.
Founded in 1980 and based in Agen, France, OPTIMUM is a pioneer in sliding wardrobe doors and employs more than 180 people. With sales of €50 million, the company offers a diversified range of over 900 products distributed through an extensive network that includes DIY superstores, builders' merchants and online sales platforms such as Leroy Merlin, Castorama and Cdiscount.
The investment funds IXO Private Equity, Bpifrance Investissement, IRDI Capital Investissement, Eurazeo Global Investor, SWEN Capital Partners, Grand Sud-Ouest Capital (GSO Capital), and Crédit Agricole Aquitaine Expansion (CAAE), as well as Optimum's management, Jean-Luc Guéry, Pascal Thomas and Stéphane Papin, who had controlled the company since 2015, have sold their entire stake in Optineo, which owns 100% of Optimum, to Cyril Jollivet, former head of Ducs de Gascogne, via his family holding company.
The sale was orchestrated by TRANSLINK CORPORATE FINANCE FRANCE (formerly FINANCIÈRE MONCEAU on behalf of the sellers).
Altaïr Avocats advised the sellers, investment funds and OPTINEO's managers on the corporate aspects with Pierre Gramage, partner and Jeanne Mucchielli, associate.
