Altaïr Avocats supported Newheat in its recent €30 million fundraising. This financing operation is designed to support Newheat's expansion as the European leader in renewable heat, thereby making a significant contribution to achieving climate objectives and reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

Newheat is massively deploying "100% virtuous" renewable heat supply solutions. As well as already being a leader in the supply of solar heat, Newheat is now extending its offering to include all solutions for the recovery and production of renewable heat. This development is part of the company's overall strategy to meet the growing need for clean, sustainable energy.

The company's main historical shareholders, notably Noria, Bpifrance via its FIEE fund, the Etchart group, and the Holdheat holding company, participated in this operation by contributing a significant share of the capital. A new high-profile investor, SWEN Capital Partners, also made a significant contribution to the fund-raising, highlighting its commitment to the energy transition.

Pierre Gramage, partner, and Jeanne Mucchielli, associate, at Altaïr, assisted Newheat in making this transaction a success, particularly with regard to its corporate aspects.
