Chiara Mascarello is dual-qualified in French and Italian law (University of Florence, Italy - University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2014) and holds  a Master’s 2 in European Business Law (University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, 2015). She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2019. She is registered with the Paris Bar.

She completed a number of placements with various French and international law firms in Paris before joining Altaïr Avocats in January 2019.

Chiara works mainly in private equity and LBOs, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
