Altaïr Avocats has advised IRDI Capital Investissement and Banque des Territoires on their investment in the €2 million Series A financing of Toulouse-based start-up Abelio. This round of financing, finalized in July 2023, is designed to support the international expansion of their digital solutions and consolidate their position in the Agtech market. Bank financing will complete the deal.

Abelio, a French startup co-founded in 2018 by Grégoire Dupré develops global digital solutions to optimize the management of agricultural production. The company designs its solutions using its software for combined analysis of multi-source data: images from satellites, weather data, agronomic surveys on the ground, and shots taken via drones.

This €2m Series A financing round, finalized in July 2023 with IRDI Capital Investissement, the Banque des Territoires, the Coopérative Agricole de la Plaine de l'Ariège, the Intellagri Capital fund, the Sowefund platform and historical business angels, will enable Abelio to strengthen its presence on the Agtech market, accelerate its international commercial development and expand its areas of application.
