Altaïr Avocats (Philippe Beauregard, Tessa Parodi de Schonen, Chiara Mascarello) advised GEOFLEX in the raising of €6 million from Bouygues, Stellantis Ventures and Thales in its capital alongside Demeter IM, its historical investor. GEOFLEX will thus be able to accelerate its commercial development and reinforce its production tool after having demonstrated in different environments its technological capacities based on the PPP-CNES©/Geoflex technology (PPP for Precise Point Positioning).

The investment in GEOFLEX by these three major global groups, leaders in their markets, illustrates the strategic importance of GEOFLEX solutions at the heart of today's challenges: new mobility, environment, technological breakthroughs, cyber security.

Having been involved in GEOFLEX's previous fundraising, Altaïr Avocats is proud to continue to support GEOFLEX in this decisive stage of its development.
