Altaïr Avocats (Philippe Beauregard and Chiara Mascarello) assisted GSO Capital, Aquiti Gestion for Poitou Charente Expansion and FPCI Relance Nouvelle Aquitaine, Charente Périgord Expansion and BPI France (assisted by its own adviser, moreover) in their acquisition of 10 million euros s in the capital of Technima.
Founded in 1962, Technima and its subsidiaries constitute a group with 110 million euros in revenue and 400 employees, including 270 abroad, specializing in aerosol paint.
Technima accelerated its diversification by carrying out several external growths in Europe.
